Q: What kind of applicants are you looking for?

A: We are looking for Industry Believers who want MORE from their lives in Hollywood. We hope to find people who are serious about having a holistic view of their lives in Hollywood. We want individuals who are ready to be challenged to think deeply about how they approach life in Hollywood and who are prepared to work hard to implement strategies for success.

Applicants should expect to commit to a rigorous schedule of seminars, meetings, homework assignments, and special events. Those who are anticipating or in the midst of significant life change should carefully consider the added stress that is likely to accompany an intensive program of this kind.


Q: What can I expect to accomplish as a part of the 360 Training Program?

A: The program is designed to empower Christian industry professionals to be equipped personally, professionally, and spiritually for lasting success and impact in Hollywood. Recognizing that a career is only one aspect of life, 360 Program addresses the whole person, teaching strategies that cultivate a holistic outlook on life.

Through weekly seminars and meetings with both industry coaches and professional therapists, participants will be empowered to:

• Build healthy intrapersonal skills and strategic interpersonal networks
• Overcome professional and personal road blocks that hinder growth
• Develop and practice leadership skills
• Develop a personal mission statement and a written 5-year strategy for a career and life in Hollywood


Q: What will the schedule be like?

A: Program participants will attend an opening retreat the weekend of August 24th & 25th. From August 28th- October 30th classes will be held Tuesday nights from 7-10pm. A celebratory closing banquet will be held on the evening of November 3rd. Additionally, participants will meet with their coaches in a small group for three Saturday appointments during the program. Lastly, five meetings with a Therapist intern are required for participants who are not already receiving professional counseling, which will be scheduled by the participant and the therapist.


Q: What does the Tuition cover?

A: Tuition covers the cost of the opening retreat; 10 weeks of classes; 5 weeks of one-on-one sessions with a Therapist; 3 small group sessions with your industry coach; the closing banquet; program materials and special events.


Q: Does Hollywood Connect provide financial aid?

A: A limited number of partial scholarships may be available for students in genuine need. Please keep in mind that the need for financial aid may affect your chances of being accepted. For convenience, students may opt to pay the program fee in one advance lump some, or in multiple partial payments over the course of the program, but the tuition must be paid in full by the end of the program.
