I'm looking for someone who is CLEAN, respectful, and nice. A person of faith would be a bonus. I don't want a third roommate (boyfriends who stay for long periods of time), and I''m not 420 friendly.

2bed/1.5 bath apartment. ParkWest Apartments - Lincold Blvd. at La Tijera Blvd in Westchester near LAX. Nice residential area. Lease ends 06/28/10; I would need an individual to take over the master bedroom. Bedroom has its own sink, spacious living area, walk-in closet, and large personal balcony. Place is shared with me, a female junior at LMU. Unit is equipped with a full electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and AC/heater unit. Living room is VERY spacious and has balcony attached to the living room. There is also a dining room area with ceiling fan. Laundry is on site, specifically located on each floor and close to the unit. Apartment complex is equipped with a jacuzzi and bbq on the floor of the unit, in addition to 2 large pools and 3 jacuzzis. Furthermore, the complex has a fitness center complete with every piece of equipment to give you a full workout. The complex just opened a internet cafe (just below the unit) where Wi-Fi is free. Complex is safe with security guards on-site at designated times. Parking is gated underground for tenants. Utilities are not included(they are about $50/month). lindsaybconrad@yahoo.com
