David Atkinson, Actor
David Atkinson, a native of Decatur,
Georgia, has been active at Actors Co-op since first performing in Guys
and Dolls in the 1996/97 season. Since then, he has been seen on
the Co-Op stage in You Can't Take It With You, Man of La Mancha, The
Spitfire Grill, and most recently, The Boys Next Door
(u/s). Currently, David serves as a member of the Board and Executive
Committee at Actors Co-Op. David holds a BFA in
Acting from The University of Georgia. He is Co-owner of a voice
casting/loop group called Vocal Yokels. He also has a number of theatre, film and television credits to his name.
Tamara Khalaf, Designer at Walt Disney Animation Studios
Tamara has been employed by the Walt Disney Animation Studios for almost fifteen years, the last decade in which she has worked as a designer. She designs web sites, books, exhibition catalogs, and theme park exhibits for the company. While her vocational skills include a lot of digital work, Tamara's avocation is the medium of film, where she has produced half a dozen short films and is currently producing a feature-length documentary on the Chinese-American artist, Tyrus Wong.
Believing that her mission field is in Hollywood, Tamara has been facilitating Alpha courses for the past eight years through her home church and at the Disney Studios for the past six years. She has spoken at many conferences regarding workplace evangelism and ministry, which continues to be a growing passion.
Tamara is currently working towards a Masters of Theology and Film at Fuller Seminary in Pasadena, CA.
